SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What is the processing time before my order is shipped?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT+7) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped the following business day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. Once the carrier has collected your order, we'll send a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders from aliotte.com are shipped from our warehouses in Chiang Mai, Thailand
How can I track my parcels?
All orders are shipped via Thailand Post (EMS) — both within Thailand and internationally. Track your parcel here.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Thailand: delivered the next business day after dispatch.
International: delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Is it possible to change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we may be able to update the shipping address. Once processing has begun, shipping address modifications are no longer possible.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind about your order after you have placed it, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us via our email admin@aliotte.com or WhatsApp
Please Note: Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed or canceled.
PAYMENTS & TAXES
Which payments methods can I use?
We accept most major credit cards and payment providers, including PayPal. You will be able to see which payment methods are available in your country once you enter your address at checkout.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Prices shown at checkout do not include local customs duties or import taxes. International orders may be subject to these charges, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are collected by your local customs or postal service upon delivery. Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.
ORDER
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.
To view your order details and history, sign in to your account, go to "My Profile", and select "Orders".
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
I. Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, for both Thailand and International orders

Each order is eligible for one exchange only, subject to availability.
- Items purchased during a sale period or from the Archive are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
Can I return my order?
We offer exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. As all sales are otherwise final, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
II. Condition of Merchandise
To maintain our quality standards, items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. An exchange will be declined if the item shows any of the following:

Fragrances: Any traces of perfume, cologne, or strong laundry detergents.

Stains: Any cosmetic residue, makeup marks, or deodorant stains.

Damage: Any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
Aliotte reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these hygiene and quality criteria.
III. How to Initiate an Exchange

Request an RE#: Contact us via email at admin@aliotte.com, Line @aliotte, or WhatsApp +66 65 554 6657 to request a Return Authorization Number (RE#).

Provide Details: Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Labeling: Clearly mark the assigned RE# on the exterior of your return package. (Packages received without an RE# may be rejected).

IV. Shipping & Fees

Order Shipping: Complimentary on all orders within Thailand. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Exchange Shipping: Shipping costs related to an exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part, in which case we will cover the cost. Fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, and a quote will be provided upon approval of your exchange request.

Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

Insurance: All Aliotte shipments are insured. However, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched from our studio.
